Basic Info
Analyze the mutation status of common loci A2063G, A2064G, C2617G, and A2067G within the drug-resistance genes of Mycoplasma pneumoniae
More Details

Using Snippy v4.6.0 software, we aligned the reference genome of Mycoplasma pneumoniae M129-B7 (CP003913.2) with the uploaded sequences. Subsequently, converted alignment results to VCF Format using the faToVcf tool. By utilizing the vcftools v0.1.16 software, we screened the VCF file for variation information related to the four known drug-resistance-associated loci: A2063G, A2064G, C2617G, and A2067G. Then analyzed and annotated the variation types of the uploaded sequences, obtaining the variation results for the drug-resistance-associated loci.
