Based on a machine learning classification model, it allows the user to identify the RSV lineage for each query sequence based on the classification of the RSV Genotyping Consensus Consortium version June, 2024. ReSVidex is developed and maintained by Marco Cacciabue, Melina Obregon and Nahuel Fenoglio.
